How do I ask a question using the new D3 Publisher site?

Why won't Ben 10 work on my Slimline PSP?

The new Slimline PSPs have a different standard setup than the older versions. Ben 10 will play by making a small change to the system.  Please see instructions below. 

1 – Go to the PSP System Settings

2 – Go to the Options Menu

3 – Switch “UMD Cache” OFF

4 – Restart your PSP.
